Covid-19 Notice
We would like to advise all our customers of further measures to follow if visiting. These measures have been put in place for the benefit of both customers and members of staff.
Customers should park their vehicle in a marked parking space if available, come into reception, (only 1 customer in our reception at a time) and place their key down on our reception counter, and make their way out. If there is already a customer in our reception area, please queue outside keeping safe distance from other waiting customers.
If you have anything you would like to discuss with us please do this by phone at any time.
We are temporarily unable to accommodate customers in our inside waiting area. We are advising customers not to wait with their vehicle, if no other option is available customers may wait on site, outside, a safe distance away from others.
Before collecting your vehicle we will send an invoice by email, for payment by BACS transfer (details on invoice). Once payment has been made please contact us to discuss collection arrangements.
Our staff will be renewing protective gloves worn for each vehicle moved or worked on. We are also Following NHS advice on hand washing.

All of the changes related to the Covid-19 pandemic will be reviewed on a weekly basis until normal service resumes.
